Go to "My Account", click on the profile picture on the left hand side. At the next page, fill in a picture title and click the "Browse" button. Choose the picture you wish to upload, and click "Submit".

You need to choose a primary picture. To do so, go to "My Account", click on your picture. You'll then be taken to your gallery. Choose the picture you'd like shown at the front page, click "Make Primary".
