We went visiting Garfield again today, and he's a lot better now!

Seems like he's used to stay at the quarantine center by now, and even let the staff there pick him up! That's a HUGE improvement!

Needless to say we're very happy that he's feeling better! Now we can't wait to get him back again. He'll be released from the quarantine the 16th of December... Nice Christmas present! 

Torrider made me aware today that the website actually didn't work with Thai Script!

At first I believed it was due to some programming error, but it turned out it wasn't. The whole website was already UTF-itized, so it was supposed to work!

Turned out that I'd made a huge mistake when creating the database - It was made with Latin1 characterset, not UTF-8! Once I found out it was easy to fix, and only with a minute or so with downtime. Don't think anyone even noticed that??

Now the mistake's corrected anyway, and the site works fine with Thai script. Unfortunately for the ones who's already used Thai script before I updated, it'll be lost... But for new users it'll work fine! Of course, anyone who's earlier used Thai script can just update the parts with Thai script, save and it'll work.

Today Bee and I went to visit Garfield, who's doing a lot better now!

He's recently had an eye removed, and he's recovered well from the surgery. He now looks like a much happier cat!

Still, he don't like sitting at the quarantine station, and he's very angry at the people who works there. Be patient, only 3 months left until you'll be back with us Garfield!!!
